Background/disclaimer: I am not a Mac user and am having to troubleshoot a non-corporate MacBook which is hundreds of miles away. I have moderate Citrix experience but am no guru.
Problem: I have a user who has worked at home for months using the Receiver client for Macintosh. On Wednesday of last week, on the same day she changed her Windows password while logged onto Citrix, she lost the ability to take a print screen from one Citrix app and paste it into Excel running in Citrix.
